Data Deletion Instructions

Core Adaptive Systems LLC ("CAS") operates marketing analytics and reporting applications that, with client authorization, access data from platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). If you would like the data we hold about you or your business deleted, you can request deletion at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to:

with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the name of your business and, if applicable, the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or ad account the request relates to.

What Happens Next

  1. We will acknowledge your request within 7 days.
  2. We will delete all data associated with your account from our systems — including insights, reporting data, generated reports, and any stored access tokens — within 30 days of the request.
  3. We will send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Revoking App Access on Facebook

If you connected a CAS application through Facebook, you can also remove its access directly:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
  3. Find the CAS application, select it, and click Remove.

Removing the app revokes our access going forward. To have previously collected data deleted as well, send the email request described above.
