It covers both our website at coreadaptivesystems.com and the software applications we operate for our clients, including our marketing analytics and reporting applications that connect to third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Website. If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, and message). Our website does not use advertising trackers and does not require an account.
Marketing analytics applications. With the authorization of the businesses we work with, our applications access data through the Meta Graph API and Marketing API, limited to:
We access this data only for clients who have granted us access — for example, through Meta Business Manager partner access or by authorizing our application. We do not collect data about individual social media users, and we do not access private messages, friend lists, or personal profiles.
We use the data described above solely to provide services to the client that authorized the access — specifically, to generate marketing and performance reports, dashboards, and analytics summaries for that client's own Pages, accounts, and ad campaigns. Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry.
Insights and reporting data are retained only as long as needed to provide services to the relevant client, and are deleted when the client relationship ends or upon request. Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and are never disclosed. Data is processed in reporting workflows operated by CAS and is protected with industry-standard safeguards.
Our website uses Formspree to deliver contact form submissions and Google Fonts for typography. Our applications interact with the Meta Graph API subject to the Meta Platform Terms. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.
